Anxiety connection to being almost 40
I will be 40 in a few short months and I notice that the older I get the mpre i struggle with anxiety. I used to be one of those people that thought "That will never be me." But now i feel i need to ask my doctor about anxiety medication. I am on call alot for work in a male dominated environment and im also 6 years single since my divorce. I wonder of dealing with my.anxiety would help me.make connections with people.
I had felt anxious about turning 40, but if you begin believing that age is just a number and don
I understand your concern. There are several factors that provoke such anxiety - public opinion and hormonal deficiency after 40. A difficult period awaited me when I first thought about it. I decided that I plan to live 120 years)) From this point of view, my 40 is only youth. The next step is to visit the clinic - https://walk-in-clinic-ny.com/ NY is a big city and its easier for me to do it at a time convenient for me. I hope you have a clinic nearby. Check at least your thyroid gland. This can really affect your well-being and mood. I hope my experience helps you take your own steps a little.

Hi there! I see you are quite new to 7cups, so first of all welcome here :)
I am also 39 and have some anxiety issues. I personally think it is important to try and find what is actually causing anxiety, as there may be a variety of different reasons. Work related stress may certainly be one of them, but there could be others too. Awareness may help you finding the best way to deal with it, and I think this in turn may also help you in your social interactions.
I hope to see you around :)
I think its merely inter complexes that make it difficult to deal with such sort of anxieties but I got to read an article on better assignment writing service online about aging factors so I learned many good things here. You can also deal with it easily in this way.

I support this view. You are lucky if you immediately found great health. There is a large staff of marijuana specialties and Gr2 TItanium dab nail is very helpful for a professional style. I can be sure that there will be free time for me.
@braveBeing358 I'm 43. Having a new goal helped me in this transition. I also read about normative development for this age range (e.g., psychosocial stages of development and "possible selves" in middle adulthood) to learn about what helps with adjusting. It helped me to be actively working toward acceptance and to have a new project (going back to school, along with a new hobby and some volunteer work). I did an inventory of the good and bad of middle adulthood and learned about studies that said the vast majority of people transition smoothly after a brief period of adjustment. Welcome to the 40s! :)
