Betrayal/infidelity/depression
Hey everyone. I am having a VERY difficult time dealing with my wife having an affair. My depression is making it almost impossible to move forward. @Spencerxryan. Its been 4 years and ive done a lot of therapy and I'm still experiencing betrayal trauma from my husband's affair. I will say the constant noise eventually dampens after a few years but it still hurts. we just get more resilient to pain
We have, about 6 years ago now. We have our second child on the way so it is possible there is a light at the end of the tunnel but it’s hard, takes time, and professional help.
