Cry for help
I am all alone and I feel like I'm not myself. I used to be so bubbly but now I'm not. I'm afraid to be myself and I'm not sure I even know who that is. I'm sad and don't want to be alone. I feel like my life is pointless as all I do is take care of an 11 month old puppy that doesn't listen and cause me stress. I love him but the training is God awful. I just want to wake up and live like a regular person without all my health issues. I don't have any joy and I don't know where to find it as I don't know what brings me joy anymore. I just want a break from my life.
I am so sorry you feel like this. Is there anyone who can help you train the dog? Are you living alone?
Thank you. There's not at my home as I live alone. I'm signed up for training classes but that's not till March 21st.

Hello,
I am sorry that you're experiencing this. You should do the following:
1) Make a chart of
2) Write the following to place in a category: likes, dislikes,
loves, and loathes/What you are not able to put up with.
3) Underneath your chart, write "Boundaries" (How you
would like to be treated). Base them on your dislikes and
loathes.
4) Underneath that, write what you can do to safely and
lawfully do when your boundaries are crossed.
Other suggestions
1) Practice being cordial.
2) Reflect on what is relevant to you then separate that from
what isn't relevant nor applicable to you.
3) Learn to pace your feelings and thoughts.
4) Try not to feel rushed.
5) Journal in all honesty
6) Check out 7 Cups of Tea therapy service;
https://www.7cups.com/online-therapy/.
7) Visit a search engine and type "Help I feel anxiety"
I wish you the best!
You should also type in a search engine, " Help puppy needs training" then put your location besides it.
I know you're doing your best with your pup, but I have some tips if you just need some peace.
*Get one of those Kong's that you can fill with treats/peanut butter/ whatever. The dog will spend ages working those goodies out. It will be fun to watch, and it will give you some peace if you need it. You can put puppy in a safe space and do chores/study/whatever if you need to and puppy will stay entertained.
*put a treat under a cup and let the puppy work out how to knock it over to get the treat.
*Buy those safe to chew bones. If the pup loses interest in it, just add peanut butter.
*Get some Bitter Apple if you have a chewer that is destroying the house. It works wonders to stop the behavior safely.
Obvs. the puppy needs trained, and you don't want to overdo it on snacks, but I'm sure you know all that. Just offering up some quick suggestions for when you really require a break.
Hang in there!
