Why does every one always leave me? Im almost 36 years old and always end up alone, completely alone. I bend over backwards to support others and be there for friends in need but when I need that returned there is never anyone there. I get too much for people and push them away. Always. For the pattern to keep repeating itself all throughout my life it must be something I'm doing because I am the one constant in it all.

I am evidently the problem in all of this and in life we generally work to rid ourselves of problems if they can't be worked out, and this one can't be worked out so the answer is to get rid of the problem, me. Get rid of me!!

After all, even your shadow leaves you in the dark!!

Hi, I understand your feelings. You are not necessarily the problem, people are often only temporary in our life and there is not much we can do about it. I think it can be helpful to think about why your previous relationships ended, drawing a valuable lesson for you and for your future. The most important thing is not to blame yourself, but to be kind and patient and taking the time you need. It might be hard work but you are not alone, you can connect with a listener at any time or consider therapy. Hope time can bring you clarity, take care.
