35 yrs old, 3 kids.. loving family.. but why do I feel so emotionally tired and lonely? And I don’t have any friends or anyone to talk to..

Hello I’m also a parent of 4 kids and I also love my family but I feel the same way. Lonely tired nobody to talk to either, sometimes I try to talk to my own kids since they are teenagers already. But they seem to have their own independency that they don’t have time to talk to their mom boo-hoo 😭 maybe as parents we feel like we have so much in our plates that we feel exhausted all the time.. I’m here if you need to talk..
