Feeling Guilty
Hi everybody,
First post. I feel blessed to have a family who has been by my side through the ups and downs, and a job that pays the bills. I’ve suffered from Clinical Depression and Social Anxiety Disorder for about 15 years now, but lately I’ve been waking up and going to bed feeling stressed and I can’t seem to pinpoint the issue. Despite the support around me, I kind of pick and choose what I say regarding my mental health because for some, I know it can be this repetitive cycle we live in and we’re not sure how or why things are the way they are. I appreciate you taking the time to listen. I’m completely lost right now and I don’t know what to do to shift my mindset into something more productive.
Have a wonderful day/night,
Taz
@LunchBox204 Tried therapy and other things for a long time. Finally found something that helped. Dr. David Burns, Feeling Good (would not recommend his sequel, “Feeling Great” I think maybe his publisher might have convinced Burns to over-format that version of the book).

I am sorry to hear about your situation. I know it is really an overwhelming feeling. I wish I could do something for you. At least I promise I will pray for you. Yes, winters are harsh and painful, night are dark and frightening, but there will always be revival springs and colurful bright mornings. Nothing is permanent, I hope that one hard days of yours will be stories to tell your beloved ones.(I respect you and your belief/thinking style, my belief is in Islam) and I hope you will get a rich compensation from God that you couldn't have even imagined. Best best wishes, warmest regards, all happinesses along your way....❤️
If the mind is disorganized you will feel stressed. With mindfulness practices that include meditation and deep breathing you can organize your mind by calming your thoughts. Getting excessive amounts of attention in this way can also cause stress because you are consistently reminded of your problems. If you are consistently thinking about the same problems you will talk about the same problems, this is the repetitiveness.
Talking does little good when there is no action. You need to practice good things to develop a good thought process. Excercise, walk, develop a better eating habit. Drink enough water. When the body is not healthy we will not feel healthy no matter what people say in an attempt to make us feel better. If the mind is not healthy again you will not feel healthy.
The mind that feels stuck is obstructed.
🙏
Have you maybe tried cleaning your house?
That always seems to work for me; clears the clutter of mind and usually find lost items and unearth things I didn't know were there.
