Getting to bed earlier?

Hi everyone, new here. I’ve been feeling very depressed and exhausted the last.... well..... 12 months, and while I’m able to work from home, I’ve been staying up later. I get less sleep, not because I can’t sleep, but because I insist on staying up until 12-1 every night watching TV, reading, playing games, writing, etc. It’s my time to relax by myself, recharge, and decompress. But it’s making things worse too. Because I’m so damn tired all the time. How do I feed my soul with my alone time but be able to tear myself away and go to bed sooner? I know this sounds like a juvenile problem, but I’ve been coping with the pandemic this way. And while it helped at first, I’m finding that I want to stay up late, even though I know I’m going to pay for it tomorrow. :(

Feeling much the same way buddy. I find it easier to hit the bed sooner if I’m physically tired. Sports, a walk, anything helps. And a good diet.
