I am so sorry that your daughter is struggling. It is like torture watching your child hurt but not knowing what to do or how to help. You feel lost and alone and start beating yourself up. I understand and sympathize with what you are going through. I'm not sure how old your daughter is, but maybe a new therapist? My son went to four before we found one that clicked. Spend some time with your daughter. Not talking about anything in particular, just doing something she enjoys. Bond with her, hug her long and hard. Let her know that even though she is struggling you are there.
(Not saying you aren't doing this, but maybe something different)
Oh and take time for you. All the stress and worry is not good for you either, time some time to relax so that you can be more in the moment with her.
Good luck!
Have you maybe gotten her tested for some disabilities? I myself am autistic and i suffer with the same issues, I'm not saying she is, but maybe tale her to someone so they can help figure out what the issue is? Not just a therapist, but someone who can specifically look for the tell tale signs of a behaviour/learning disorder.
@snakemum said what I was thinking... you didn't say how old your daughter is, but many high functioning ASD girls in particular are not diagnosed until teenage years. That is what happened with us... anxiety, eating issues, depression more than anger, sensitivity/dislike to different types of touch...
My daughter was prescribed a medication to help with the anxiety & depression, but after a few months she decided to quit because it tasted too bad (she can't swallow pills). It kills me when she is depressed & crying & clingy because the fix is so easy, but she won't consider going back on the medication. I think one of the hardest parts of being a parent is watching your child make what you feel is the wrong decision.
