I hate going to school
I hate going to school because I'm afraid of going, I'm afraid that if some teacher asks me something i won't be able to answer it and everyone will think less of me, i don't even take my mask off as i think I'm ill to look at. I'm so afraid of speaking up when i actually do know the answer to something. My heartbeat constantly increases and i get goosebumps for no reason at all. The fear of school makes me skip school most of time, I'm so uncomfortable in classes and feel like everyone is judging me.

I'm sorry to hear. Are you able to see a school councilor?

You should bring confidence in yourself...and about looks i am sure nobody is like you....you are most beautiful in yourself...you don't need to do anything just love yourself.

Hi Tanya,
How about you reframe or set a goal for yourself for going to school? What do you think about that?
So for example, when you start to worry about being to answer a question you don't know, how about you remind yourself: it's ok that I'm nervous about not knowing an answer. I don't like how it feels when I don't know the answer. However, that's why I'm going to class - to know the answers and to explore my interests and abilities. When I go, I'll notice the subjects I'm strong in. What draws me in about these subjects? Or I could work on improving at a subject I'd really like to be good at.
When you start having anxiety about answering, that's ok, let the anxiety be there, but raise your hand anyway. Recognize that your opinions deserve to be heard. And when you know something, you have every right to share that. Pat yourself for everytime you raise your hand and answer. You have a voice for a reason, let it be heard. Say positive things to yourself so you can start believing in yourself. Everytime you push yourself out of your comfort zone you will get more confident. You can set your goal to be more confident and start looking at these moments of answering out loud as opportunities to grow your confidence.
With regards to your looks, I know that it's very tough at your age to accept the way you look. Believe me it took me a while to accept my looks. However, it is best to know that you are so much more deeper than your looks, there's so much more to you. Write down your positive qualities. Don't minimize yourself to the way you look.
You're here so you deserve to be heard and seen. Please don't take that away from yourself. Choose on a daily basis to be your own biggest supporter and to always be on your side.
None of this will be easy or quick so give yourself grace through the process.
Big hugs to you,

Thankyou so much for taking your time and writing all that for me. I'll try my best to use your suggestions and be more confident. I'm really really thankful for your help :)

Hi Tanya,
I am glad you found that helpful 💛 Update us on your progress :)
Also, this thought just occurred to me: if someone does not like the way we look, or the way we sound, they can turn their heads the other way, or put their headphones on. It doesn't mean we should hide or quite ourselves down so someone else feels more comfortable/less bothered by our presence. It is not our duty to adjust core parts of ourselves for the comfort of others.
This is as a much a reminder to me as it is to you so keep it in your heart and mind whenever you think that you should be hiding your face or voice.
I used to be in your situation I would hate every single day I went to school and have mental breakdowns before going inside. My friends weren't good people. I suggest online schooling because its really taken off that social anxiety aspect and I can learn without being worried about what other people think :)
Your doing the best you can.
Don't give up you can do this.
Your stronger than you give yourself credit for.
Don't be afraid to answer yesterday or ask.
Do it anyway!
Your only in school once take advantage of it.
@tanya1876 I used to feel the same way in school, and I'm in my masters I am having these same feelings. The entire education system has become a rat race, and I wish I had better words to say to you but unfortunately I'm having a similar experience so all I can say is - Lots of Love, Support and Strength to you. Find yourself a safe space whenever your heart rises go there, for eg: my safe space is reading a novel of a particular genre. Something that is just known to you and is easily accessible.

I'm really glad you shared this with me, this makes me feel that whatever Im feeling is okay and there are others who feel the same as me. You've come this far and i believe you can go further. We got this! <3
@tanya1876 Yeah we do, we have done before we can do it again
@tanya1876 we hear you and your anxiousness is valid.
However, what things/steps do you think helps/can help and make these challenges easier?
