I took a positive pregnancy test the other day but my boyfriend is still using protection
this hurts my feelings and offends me … am I crazy

Protection is not 100% foolproof. you should try another check, perhaps blood checkup and see how it goes. could be a faulty kit.
Condoms protect from STIs as well as pregnancy. Maybe there is a reason your boyfriend still finds them necessary. Or maybe old habits die hard. It’s more important to find out how he feels about the pregnancy and start making a parenting plan. Do you have support in that area?

i don’t think that’s okay to tell her she needs to start making a parenting plan. There’s many options after a pregnancy test. One, she needs to make sure she is in fact pregnant and get it confirmed or not. It’s a womens choice whether or not she wants to follow through with a pregnancy. There’s many options!
@Coconut8001 I hear you and I agree that there is certainly more than one option. Maybe better wording would have been "a support plan" or "plan to move forward."
@affableWatermelon4488 it sounds like you and your partner might not be on the same page. He might not believe the positive test yet, and want to be more sure, or he might be protecting you from a possible STD, or he might just need to talk through his thoughts and feelings with you.
Does he know that right now, using protection makes you feel offended?
