So my lifestyle isn't exactly 'normal ' I love what I do but I do get very lonely ive got no friends and noone to properly talk to dont know why but I find it harder in person its easier texting!

I'm 38 male from the uk. I go out a lot, I party I mingle and I sleep around and every time i push everyone away, cry constantly and self harm way....waaaay too much. I feel so alone that I've no clue what to do. I cant tell those that i go out with as they all think everything's fine with me. It's not. Not sure how long i can go for.
