My partner and mum of my 4 disabled children is in hospital with covid. Her doctor phoned me and it does not look good for her. I’m trying to stay strong for the kids but I don’t know how I should feel or act.

There isn't a right way to feel or act in these situations, do your best for your kids but don't be afraid to show them your emotions as well.
