Does anyone else experience a feeling where you don't care if you die, but would never do anything to speed that along?

What is it?

How do you stop thinking that way?

Maybe the part which is not acting on this depressive impulse is the one which wants to see you alive and well...

Totally understand you Ship!

I often feel like that when there is a bunch of stuff I don’t want to do, or things that I find too challenging, or when im

bored or when I feel lonely.

I think a good thing to do during this time is to treat it like the universe is giving you time and space to heal and process and appreciate the little things. If I have too I have a coffee and muster up some

wnergy to power through that challenging project as much as I can. Those times when I’m feeling really down I go outside, I find a new place to walk around and explore, I try to listen to a new radio station, sometimes I’ll look for volunteers opportunity (I like waking dogs, they’re happy to be with you and outside!) they make me feel like if I wasn’t there, they wouldn’t be enjoying the day with me and I get a dopamine boost AND a new little furry friend)
