Midlife crisis

Hello. I’m 41, I’ve suffered with anxiety and depression since my teenage years. I developed a weird at least I think it’s weird conundrum in my head. Lol I think it is apart of midlife crisis. Everyday i have this battle of whether or not I love baseball or football anymore. I’ve been a diehard football Dallas Cowboys fan and followed NFL RELIGIOUSLY, I’ve been a baseball fan but not diehard. Now I have this internal struggle of which I really like/love. I feel that this has a deeper meaning I just can’t figure what. I know this sounds stupid but it drives me crazy, I think about this randomly throughout the day and night. Any ideas? Thank you

I think I may be having a slight mid-life crisis too.

I feel you man, I think about the weirdest things, and think it’s the end of the world. Like the whole baseball vs. football thing. I feel like there’s a deeper meaning or maybe I’m just being a drama queen. Lol

Hi. Sometimes I have phrases or words that repeat over and over in my head for years. Sometimes it is questions. I have come to realize that they don't really mean anything. They are just thoughts. I just let them go away on their own. I know they will come back again but as long as I don't dwell on them they won't last. It doesn't matter whether or not you love football or baseball or not. Your mind is just messing with you. If your love of your favorite team makes you feel safe however there is nothing wrong with that. I can relate to that.
