My worst obession

Well, 3 years ago, I was in a relationship with one of my friends. We’re getting along pretty well.When we became 1 and half year, she said she don’t love me anymore. I don’t blame her tho. Then we broke up. After 4 or 5 months, she was in a relationship with another guy. At first I was ok but I became more and more depressed about it.Those days were hell for me. But I knew I have to get over it. Then I recovered from all of those. But a month ago, I found out she broke with him. Then I realized I still have felling for her. So, I had a chance to met with her with other friends yesterday.And I found out she got back with him again. I couldn’t sleep or eat last night. and I afraid that I have to go through all of these recovery stages again.
