Need help

So I just moved out my bipolar wife filed for divorce she says she needs to find herself as she was also a drug addict since high school till we fought to get her off drugs last year she also says she can’t be in the same room with me because she wants to hold me and kiss my and be right next to me … she says she has never been not high before and needs to find who she is she wants to come see me and have sex but not let any know she says she needs to be alone for now doesn’t want to be with anyone else but needs time I want her back very badly here is the question what’s the best approach to get her back long term and grow old with her to go ahead and see her and have sex once or twice a week of tell her no I want all of you not just the sex let me know when you want all of me also I’ll be waiting
