Need supportive and caring people to reach out to lately a lot

Im a partially,permanently,mentally disabled adult with a brain injury believed to have been caused by a stroke while my mom was pregnant with me or after being born. I have years of depression,low self-esteem,anxiety,shy,was bullied most of my life and live in America with family. My depression has been bad lately and im struggling to cope with getting by everyday life and issues. Would like to make some new friends online to reach out to if possible here. To chat with one on one or email when i need the extra support that i cannot get with my family.😢😢
