Not sure where to go
I have everything I could want and I'm still unhappy. I have a great wife, great job, financially stable enough to live comfortably. I can't snap out of this depression. My psychiatrist is having me go off of Paxil so I can try Zoloft. I'm super moody, irritable, depressed and anxious as heck. I still have all these life goals and I still want more but I feel like my brain doesn't work right anymore. My memory is lousy, attention span sucks, I feel so stupid compared to where I used to be. I'm not happy with my marriage. I'm not in love with my wife and I don't know if I can fix that. Just looking for help.

Sounds like you don’t like your life even it sounds great for an outsider. We all have a perfect picture in our minds to describe how our life should be like. I can understand the feeling that wants to have more but does not have enough energy to do it. Wish the new therapy goes well for you.
I am learning how to love and appreciate myself. Maybe you have been spread thin and just don’t realize it. Best wishes
I can see that you guys have been in marriage for a while and love is a kine of hormone so maybe the first thing you should do is take a step back. Its ok to be like that sometime. Think abt what make you feel like “not enough”. You still have life goals so maybe make up a list and set time for each of them. In the mean time, you can tell your wife that you need some time alone, tell her how you feel abt her and hope that she will stick around when you are dealing w ur problems.
Maybe change the way you do thing everyday. Lets start w breakfast, try sth new and pls dont drink alcohol or too much coffee. Go have some massage, release yourself. Maybe exercise. Good for your health and your focus also
