ive been like this since March and I quite can’t figure out what’s wrong with me. I had a panic attack in March, felt like I was having a heart attack. Doctor did a ekg and everything was fine but I still had Chronic pain. Bad acid reflex. Chest pain in the middle of my chest followed by throwing up in my mouth a little, ibs, Tingling feet. I hurt my lower back at work in august which has made these symptoms worse. I’m not sure if it’s an anxiety issue, panic attacks or maybe I pinched a nerve. I’ve went to my doctor multiple times and he just prescribed medication for anxiety, gerd and for lower back pain. If anyone has had something similar like this please comment. Thanks for reading.

I hope you start feeling better soon!!! It could be stress or depression messing with you. 🥺 what could we do to make it all better?

Sorry you're dealing with this medical issue. I've had panic attacks as well. They've gotten better over the years, but the first time I thought I was having a heart attack too. I also suffered from neck and shoulder pain back when I was having them alot. I couldn't tell ya what the deal is with your situation, but I hope you and your doctor can figure it out together. Get well soon 🙂

@drizzle1985

Ditto.

I have a bad back since 2020 and and 6 months back i was diagnosed with a heart issue. I had tingling hands and feet last year which has recurred again now. Went to the doctor multiple times. No proper diagnosis of the tingling issue. Occasionally i experience pain in the left of my chest. I have frequent attack of gastritis as well. I'm currently seeing a therapist for my anxiety issue. All this has started after moved in with my husband and in laws after getting married.

It's just sad you know.

But i hope you can keep up and try to look at the brighter side. I do the same.

And i never give up wishing for the day when i will feel normal again.
