I understand how some things can be private and I respect and accept that
However if there is anybody on this site who has fully recovered from trauma and understands how difficult to can be and would be willing to talk with me
please can you let me know ?

Hello Farrah,
I think perhaps the quiet around this post tells us an important truth. I think we all know how difficult it is, but perhaps no one ever fully recovers from trauma. This is in some sense a valuable insight to learn that our struggles are familiar and common and there are many out there who know what we experience because they do with us, even if they are not able to show us an ending path.
I'm glad that you're here. I value your contributions and hope that you find the support you need.

Hello Farrah,
I think they get better, but perhaps not fully. Although I also agree with your thoughts that perhaps there are more recovered people who aren't here at 7c. That makes sense also.
I strongly believe in the perpetual goal of "better", achieved daily and never complete. There are many good and beautiful paths to better.
