Hello. I’m new to this group. I’m 45 and struggling with anxiety and depression. My mom died at 65 in 2019. My mother in law died last year. My daughter moved away to collage this year. My son is a Freshman in high school. And my husband has his struggles outside of teaching during this pandemic over the last year.

Hi there!! I'm so sorry for your losses. I have anxiety too. My kids are about the same age as yours. I totally relate I hope you're having a good day.

Do you have any hobbies that you enjoy? Maybe it will help you to look outside your family. Now is the time to explore your interests and put yourself first a bit.
