Waiting to hear....

I'm currently waiting to hear if my girl is going to leave me or not. I'm seeing her in 2 days to 'talk'. I love her like I have never loved before, her children are my world now. We fell out two weeks ago, life has difficult recently for both of us I wanted to know where I stood as she has been distant lately. She shut me out. I'm so worried about my future, I've invested so much in her world with the children I honestly dont know how to survive without her. My circle of friends is non existent. My family are miles away. I feel so alone.
