Hello Happy March!
First time responding (little nervous). I’ve made some good progress with my depression, thank God but everyday is a battle. I wanted to know if anyone has tried transcranial magnetic stimulation or shock therapy? Was it effective, any concerns?

I have not personally tried TMS or shock therapy. I know of one person that it helped her depression immensely, but she lost some of her long-term memory (she was in her 60s), and had trouble with people's names. I know another person that used TMS to manage chronic pain/migraines, and so far that is working well for them.
Whatever you decide to do, please give yourself grace. It is a long, hard journey to a more healthier, happier you. You are taking positive steps forward, and that is the most important thing!
