welcome to 7 cups! I’m also a mother, wife, and sister and friend.. and also struggle so much with depression. Not sure about you, but even though they prescribe me medication for it, it seems like it doesn’t work. I feel horrible and I don’t even know how to manage them either. I do get support system with psychiatrist, counselors, but it seems like it doesn’t work and I feel the same as I was. May I ask you are you receiving any medication, our any type of medical prescription that a doctor might give you? I’m here if you need someone to at least vent. I’m in the same boat as you are. I been taking this medication for months already and it still doesn’t work. I’m going to try to let them know when i go to my next appointment with them. Thanks for your reply.

I took a blood-test after 6 weeks. It showed that I could doubble my medecine. That helped. Good luck to you.

thanks for the information maybe I have to let my doctor know to do lab works to and see if it helps.
