If you're on web view, it will show you this when making a forum post:

From left to write: picture, link, video, line, emoji, and gif

You can use the respective buttons to insert interactive content. Not sure if these buttons exist on app though. I personally don't use forums on app as it can be glitchy at times. Hope this helps!!
