Hi... Deep into a miife crisis

Hi I think I am kinda stuck in life with a nagging and ungrateful wife, annoying kids a stale job and no where to run... Are the mod 30s supposed to be like this... At times I feel I can't breathe... I can barely talk to her about any thing whitout starting an argument... I really think I am done with her but don't want the kids to grow with either her or me...
