I'm too scared to open a chat 1-1 here.
I'm new here and also in the whole mental help community. I don't know how to start expressing myself and I wish I had guidance on how to put out my issues and worries in a proper form. Anyway. I guess this is a start. Sorry for my nonsense. Have a good day you all.
@el1987 Its okay to feel scared first,but i just wanted to tell you welcome to the commmunity,here everyone we are all going through but healing together this is safe space for everyone ,take your time. Being honest with yourself then being honest to listener will really help and save time. Welcome again
@el1987
i was scared to, at first i thought it'd be a video chat.. stupid me lol, and i'm so insecure, and i didn't wanna do it, but i did it, and it wasn't even a video chat, but i soon found someone who i enjoy talking to, if you'd like i can recommend them to u? there so kind and understanding, and if you're shy, it's ok, but so many ppl r patient and understanding, so take you're time, but yet again, i can recommend someone for u, that i talk to.
That's very kind of you.. I have trouble expressing myself at first. I don't know how to even start the conversation. So yes I would really like if you could recommend someone you trust for me. I'll be grateful
@el1987
i do understand expressing yourself can be hard, but for me, i'm mainly looking for friends, idk if u might be as well, but still, just start the conversation by getting to know the person, bc in order for u to talk about you're issues u need to trust the respect the person.. do by knowing them, and getting to know them, u might be more comfy with talking to them about personal things, but the person i'd like to recommend u to is @MrIrishman i think you'd enjoy talking to him, and if u don't like it, it's ok, there's ppl who r good for u, and other's who aren't, he's not online rn, at laest i don't think but u could leave a message, saying sum thing like, how you'd like to get to know him, and become friends, but just start calm, nothing crazy, and spend time getting to know him.
Welcome aboard. I'm new too (just signed up today) so I'm pretty much in the same boat. Not sure how everything works but looking forward to learning and hopefully finding some supports.
