Hi. 36 here married for ten years with three kids. Hubs is in aa and I’m his therapist….. but I have no actual experience. He’s also a manic covert narcissist but I can’t divorce him because he hasn’t actually done anything really worth divorcing (adultry etc.). It’s an adventure. Thanks for the ear.

I'm sorry you are married to a manic convert narcissist. Honestly that sounds awful! I am not sure it's really possible, or ethical, to be acting a therapist for someone you are married to; but I understand you may not have any other choice in the matter right now. I hope you can at least find some support and resources here that can help you.
Take care of yourself as best as you can. You are worth it.
