Nervous hello…

Hi everyone! This is my first time using any app like this. I’m normally someone who deals with things very privately and on my own, and now I’m 40 and realizing that I’m not really close to anyone anymore. Like many, if not all, of you- Ive been through quite a bit over the years. I’m here to listen and I’m sure at some point I’ll share, but I’m figuring out how to begin again and feel better. I’m a mom and I don’t think I have any clinical issues, but I have plenty to work on. I look forward to meeting you all and hope we’ll all have a better 2022.
