I'm new here and honestly I was so glad to find a group like this. So obviously I'm over 35. It's actually nice to find a group with people of similar ages. I rarely know how to do these introductions. But I'm new, over 35, from the UK but now in the US and going through stuff and hoping to ease it all in some small way by finding a place here.
