Hi everyone! My name is Jaime, I’m 35 and a student nurse with only 4 months to go. I suffer from manic depression ( bipolar disorder), panic disorder, ptsd, and anger. I came across 7 cups on a Google search for something, anything that could help me. Medication can only go so far... I am hoping to meet new people who understand what it’s like to live with mental illness. I want to help others too and find a platform that I can get support and also give back.
Hello Jaime! Welcome to this app. You will definitely find people like you, I myself are one of them, and as you said you can help and be helped here! What I struggle the most with is anger, ptsd and manic episodes. My anxiety and panic attacks are under control, for now... You know how it goes... As for my diagnoses dubble B in da house!
