what do normal people do when they get their sad? im 19yo and the depression, anxiety, overthinking destroyed me :<

Well, people do about anything you could imagine. But the real question here is, what makes you happy?

@Sharito there's nothing would makes me happy except my interests and i losed it, the real question now how can i get it back?
