Hello at first when I recently join I was having the same issue, trying to figure out how things work here. But yes all you do is introduce yourself if you feel comfortable so people could get to know you. If you don’t want to do that you can just write in this thread like you are doing now. They also have live chats were you can talk to other people other threads that you can also read and reply to people if you feel like doing so. Since I enjoyed 7 cups I been receiving and talking to lots of people replying to others and it’s helping so much. But everyone’s case it’s different. Feel free to share anything you feel comfortable with take care.
