New here! 37F managing mental illness & chronic health challenges
Hi there! I came across 7 Cups through a post in the Habitica app and thought I’d check it out…so here I am.
About me… I’m a 37 year old female living in California for the last decade. I work in corporate finance but my passion is helping people and rescuing animals. My other full-time job is managing my mental and physical health issues which can be incredibly isolating, especially in this new-ish normal COVID-filled world.
I currently have two pups who are pretty much my entire world but even they think I could use someone else to talk to…so, here I am!

Thank you for the kind words! This already seems like an incredible community. I’m hoping to be able to give back and provide support to others as well since that tends to come more naturally to me than seeking out support for myself…but that’s what I am here to learn I guess.

Welcome to cups! I am 16f and I has ADHD, I’m guessing you have it too (ur username). I hope u have a great experience here and i loveeeeee animals tooo.
