I don't really know what to say in all honesty. I used 7 cups a number of years ago for support and it was helpful but a lot has changed since then...hence why I say "newish". I'm 38. Live in Nova Scotia, Canada. Single and just live with my cat, and she's my world and pretty much the main reason I keep fighting. I have been stable for years but this year...all, what, 6 weeks of it have been beyond exceptionally awful.

It's a bummer to hear that you're struggling! I can relate, as this crazy time has been especially challenging for me too. You're not alone in what you're going through.

Thanks. It's beyond the pandemic though which for the most part I'm okay enough with. I think. But I know I'm not alone. Just trying really hard to hang on.
