Anyone else struggling with bipolar?
Hello beautiful ones. I'm a 50 year old woman who has been battling the bipolar demons for decades.
I see my psychiatrist and take my meds, but I need frequent adjustments and have been hospitalized in the past.
I have a wonderful boyfriend of almost two years. As luck would have it, I've only had very mild mood episodes during this time. He knows about my issues, but has no experience with them.
Until now. I'm spiraling into the grand-daddy of all depressions. I've had a couple of desperate psych visits and am trialing new meds.
But I'm worried sick I'm going to lose this man.
@LovecraftianHorror That is relatable to me that you are worried about losing your guy. I sure hope that he stays by your side. I have depression and have had some bad depressive episodes (but not bipolar).
