I have problem neighbours who are always picking on me for something and I don’t know how much more I can take . They make constant complaints about me and please don’t assume it’s me doing something wrong because it’s not the case they will complain complain about anything no matter how trival it is and I feel bullied because I don’t have a man around there’s just me and my daughter living here for 20 years and before these people moved in I was very happy here . It’s causing me a great amount of anxiety and affecting my mental health

Maybe let your adult daughter take some.of the weight.

I struggle with judgment and I was severely bullied.

sometimes doing something totally over the top helps.

like laughing out loud really loudly, the next time they say something- so it almost shines a light in their face.

kind of like reverse psychology

Hi.

Is there a houseowner you can tell your problems to?

Hi. I have interfering neighbours. Often making nasty comments directed at me. Not my partner. It feels like jealousy. Nothing satisfies them. I have totally stopped trying.

They want the back garden to be totally quiet. And manicure when I am trying to keep it natural and insect friendly.

I cope by going in my garden even more. That I don't live in a library. I'm not noisy. And hate being controlled.

Get a good support next-work. As well as my partner, I try to get as many visitors to come to my house as possible, to show I'm not alone.

And I make a point of laughing every time I leave the house and have fun with my new dog.

One time I played an annoying song on my phone because the dog enjoyed it. I'm claiming my space.

And letting the nasty neighbours take responsibility for their own actions.
