@DanaMH I watched a nature show about the Kalihari desert that is covered in water 3-6 months of the year and burns during the dry season. It was amazing to see the circle of life as prey becomes predator and predator prey. Nature can be very wild and ruthless but we have our inner selves to rest in and know that we have more potential than that.

That would be so hard the desert then the flooding. You would think it might be like some animals wouldn't survive that.
