Last 2022 I was diagnosed with a hyperthyroidism that eventually lead to anxiety. Now, after a year I overcome my hyperthyroidism and my big problem is my anxiety and my doctor advised me to consult a psychiatrist. And my problem now is money where can I get the money to consult a psychiatrist so I start working again. Tomorrow is my 3rd day at work and everytime I am going back home after working I feel really really tired and now I am not feeling well. I don't know if it is still my anxiety or my body is still not ready to work especiallymy work in our company is really tiring or maybe it is my anxiety and I really don't understand myself.

I know that anxiety makes me exhausted, so I’m sure that is a big part of what is making you tired. A day spent dealing with our mental struggles is exhausting. Add work to that and you just crawl into bed at night. Try to get as much rest as you can.
