When I have to go; I can't hold it. I end up having an accident everytime I have to pee. Love getting older .. lol

Sorry you're having this discomfort but glad you can take it with a pinch of humor. Some people do "Kegel" exercises to strengthen their bladder https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/14611-kegel-exercises#:~:text=Much%20like%20you%20may%20strengthen,pelvic%20muscles%20from%20getting%20weak.

But I do pee frequently… lol can’t seem to hold it
