World Hypertension Day is being observed today! It was observed on May 14th in 2005. It has been observed annually on May 17th since 2006.

We all worry from time to time about things which are not in our control or worry about who is right and who is wrong. This can become an unhealthy habit and lead to hypertension.

Fully relaxing your body and your mind for a few minutes a day could lower your systolic blood pressure and it has no side effects and it’s free!

So, today I would like to invite you to listen to this short video. Before starting the video rate for yourself how you feel on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the worst and 10 being the best) and also after having listened to the video. Come back here please and share your observations with us.
