Love Yourself (Self-Confidence Exercise)
Human need to feel love, without we will wilt like flowers without water. I believe the love which keeps us functioning well and makes us enjoy life comes from the inside and not from the outside. Feeling loved by someone else is a wonderful feeling but the love we can give ourselves is more than wonderful, it is like the air we breathe, we need it. Self-love is not always something which comes naturally, often we have to practise it, learn it like a skill we learn.

Mutter, learning to love ourselves, giving ourselves compliments it not necessarily something we grow up with, at least not all people so we have to learn it. Maybe give the video another chance and listen again? Hope it will feel good that time

Berry, I struggled to when I started by now it's much more natural to hug myself, to do positive self-talk, seems to need practise - self-love practise . Hope it will feel better for you too soon.
