There are times in our lives which make some of us think we are not good people and that is what we tell ourselves repeatedly.We are looking to find proof for it so we focus on mistakes. Often proof makes us believe.

How could your self image be different if you intentionally do let’s say 3 or 5 good things every single day to prove yourself you are not the bad person you think but just a person with different ways to react, with challenges at times?
