Today I like to invite you for a kindness exercise.

How many honest compliments can you make on one day this weekend?

For example when going into the shop you can make a comment about something the cashier is wearing. Maybe its an interesting piece of jewellery or a compliment about their shirt.

Write down how many compliments you made and share here, if you feel comfortable also with what you complimented for.
