Doing okay, some of the anxiety has come down. But to be honest I'm hoping to get years of pent up tension (stored primarily in the pelvic floor) healed and relaxed. Went to see a pelvic floor therapist and she said I have a good deal of tension on my right side. I'm also beginning to see a therapist that helps with breathing and trauma release.
Pelvic floor issues happen with men too. If you have also had a history of abuse this can be a contributing factor as well. Hoping for an improvement.

Thank you! I hope so too. I didn't realize how much the pelvic floor muscles effect regular bodily functions 🤔
I'm interested in keeping the "engine" 😉 running for as long as I can in a healthy way.
@amiablePeace77 Whats on my mind is my health and my state of homelessness. If I could get ideas of how to go bout doing this and eventually find a place to call home it would mean my being able to follow up on all my medical appointments.

What's been on your mind lately?
Too many things. But I’m still doing good and pushing forward. The biggest thing or one of the biggest things on my mind right now is people younger than me socializing way better than me. Typically the older ones teach the younger ones bc they have more experience and knowledge. But in this situation it may be the other way around.
What do you need help with?
How to talk and interact with people. I’ve never done it before bc I’ve always been isolated from the world. I don’t have any social skills or confidence either
@amiablePeace77 I am doing ok for the most part. I am trying to find trust within myself which started last week due to a situation wit my former classmate from grade school. Although we started taking again this Monday I find I dont trust sayin’ as much to her anymore when both of us trusted each other 100%. Distrust in me comes to where I am afraid I will say somethin’ wrong dat will bring us back to the same situation dat came close to breakin’ us up despite fact she admitted it was nuttin I did but rather it was wit herself and yet I guess what I have done is turn it around and place it on myself.
