Today I like to invite you to a sensory exercise – lets have a drink.
You can choose between any kind of tea, coffee or cool drink, whatever you like.
Pick up the glass, bring it to your nose, smell the contents, now take a sip and hold the liquid for a short while in your mouth, then swallow it.
How did it feel in your mouth and when flowing down your throat?
What was the aftertaste?

I'm drinking a cup of hot cocoa. The cup feels warm in my hand. The steam from the cup carries a rich sweet smell to my nose. The first sip is a bit too warm; i swallow quickly! The next sip is just right and i can taste creamy, rich chocolate as it lingers on my tounge. I swallow, and my throat is warm.
