I'm wondering if anyone has connections with meditators or meditation groups focused on Neurodharma, or if such a thing exists on this platform?

@blueSky9267. There is a mindfulness discussion that meets on Monday’s and Thursdays. There is also a 50plus discussion that does mindfulness also.
