Regarding how to start a conversation and find listeners, there are two ways:

The first is to click on the chat icon. You’ll then be taken to a new page. From there, select “Select Conversation.” A new window will appear where you can choose “Browse Listener.” This allows you to search for a listener based on your preferences, such as language, age, country, and more.

Another option is “Chat Live with a Listener.” Through this option, you can submit a request saying that you need someone to talk to, and you’ll be connected with any listener who is currently online.
