A costume on a teenage girl (I think), waiting on a street corner to cross. (Given the early summer heat, I felt sorry for her) This was last week. She wore a maroon dress & black low-cut shoes that vaguely reminded me of Alice in Wonderland, or maybe the female characters in The Sound of Music....pretty sure it was for a high school parade of some kind.
