Hi everyone, I'm Peacecat. Single mom of a teenage boy. Age 58. How can that be. I'm very glad there's an over 50 spot for me! I have been anxious and depressed off and on and fairly okay off and on. On unemployment from March until last week. My lovely little Montessori preschool closed for good in March and I'm grieving that. My new school is not Montessori and that's frustrating for me. I know I'm super lucky to be employed at all...

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I am still learning how this site works. I'm 58 years old, married, have adult chidren, and a grandchild. I have PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar, and insomnia. I have been having a tougher time with depression recently. I'm on a waiting list to see a counselor and my doctor has doubled my antidepression medication. I've had these mental health issues since I was 13 except bipolar and was diagnosed with it in my 20's.
